ATENA MALAMIRI
Atena has five years experience in the construction industry with roles in both contracts and project management. Recently, deciding to pursue the path of sustainability in the construction industry, she undertook a tenure with the Green Building Council of Australia from which she gained extensive knowledge and expertise on the principles and procedures of building ‘green’ and all aspects of Green Star. She joined Buildcorp in 2009 as a Sustainability Manager and will be supporting Buildcorp’s Green Star projects toward achieving their Green Star targets. Atena will also be assisting other areas of the business to ensure that Buildcorp’s current sustainability initiatives and procedures are maintained and where possible, improved.
