David Mortimer AOHaving had an illustrious career in banking and finance, David became CEO of TNT in the early 90’s. He then went on to hold board positions with major corporations including Ansett, Adsteam and the Australian Tourist Commission.
David was also appointed to lead several Federal Government Reviews into business and trade.
David is currently Chairman of Australia Post, Crescent Capital Partners and Leighton Holdings Limited. In 2005 David was appointed as an Officer of the Order of Australia.

Josephine SukkarSince the company’s inception, Josephine has been integrally involved with Buildcorp across various management roles. She is now a Principal of the Buildcorp Group with overall responsibility for executive business development and marketing, human resources and sustainability.
Josephine is an independent, non-executive director of The Trust Company Limited (ASX:TRU), the YWCA NSW, Opera Australia, The Centenary Institute and the Sydney University Football Club Foundation. She is on the National Selection Panel of the General Sir John Monash Foundation Scholarship awards, and on the committee of the Bella Dinner for the Museum of Contemporary Art. |

John MummJohn began his career working in management positions with Tasman Pulp and Paper and Coca Cola Amatil.
Since 1985, John has focussed on the HR and recruitment sector, holding leadership positions with Hays Management Consultants and Spencer Stuart.
John is currently the Chairman of Spencer Stuart, a market leader in senior executive, board recruitment and advisory services. He is also a non-executive director on the board of the Australian Rugby Union.

Tony SukkarTony has over 25 years experience in project and general management in construction and property development.
Formerly in management roles with both Civil and Civic and Girvan Corporation, Tony is Managing Director of the Buildcorp Group.
Tony established the Buildcorp Group in 1990. He has presided over the growth of the company from a start up business to a diversified construction solutions provider that is now 200 staff strong with a turnover in excess of $200M.
The creation of the Advisory Board with external non-executive directors will help to steer the company into its next phase of growth and development. |

Peter Montgomery AMPeter has had an outstanding sporting career, having competed in water polo at four Olympic Games and four world championships, captaining the team on 167 occasions.
He has had similar success in business over the last 35 years as a real estate investor, property developer and public company director. Peter has been a solicitor of NSW Supreme Court since 1972.
He is Vice President of the Australian Olympic Committee and has served on six bodies of the International Olympic Committee.
Peter’s competitive spirit and entrepreneurial flair will be invaluable to the Buildcorp Advisory Board. |

Mark TonkinMark has been the Group Chief Financial Controller of the Buildcorp Group since its inception, sharing nearly 30 years of construction and civil engineering experience gained with Dillingham Constructions and Girvan Corporation, in Asia, North America and Australia.
As an integral member of the executive management team, Mark is responsible for the group’s financial management, which encompasses strategic planning, finances, systems development and risk management. He also has overall responsibility for the compliance and governance systems of the organisation. |
