Receptionist
Buildcorp is currently looking for a motivated receptionist who would like to expand or use their current skills in administration to support a team of professionals in our Camperdown office.
In this role, you will work with the Office Coordinator to deliver the following:
- Operate the reception area
- Be a welcoming first point of call for both internal and external customers
- Assist the Office Coordinator to achieve a range of administration functions
- Assist with PA activities for senior managers as required
- Assist with the organisation and execution of external and internal events
- Assist with the production of internal and external company documents
- Assist our internal teams to help them achieve their goals
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and;
- Be a team player
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong receptionist skills
- Strong capabilities in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Administration skills
- Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Indesign an advantage
- Strong eye for detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritise and work under pressure
- Ability to liaise with many stakeholders and keep them on track
