We are currently seeking a Contracts Administrator to join our interior fitout team. This role will see you supporting our project team(s) in the management of designated projects from handover to finalisation and review.
The role requires effective and continual input to contract, project management, administration, and the ability to identify and minimise our exposure to contractual and financial risk.

Major responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Prepare and check large subcontract packages, scopes & lettings, procurement schedules and assist with head contract, progress claims, delay claims external variations
  • Review, negotiate, administer and finalise subcontracts.
  • Manage and track project expenditure, check and process all subcontractor claims and creditor invoices 
  • Check and obtain monthly all relevant insurances 
  • Prepare and administer the project HSE system – safety is our number one priority!
  • Prepare payment schedules in accordance with the Security of Payments Act.
  • Administer RFIs to clients, architects and consultants 
  • Document control of all drawings

To be considered for this position you will have a building or related tertiary qualification, possess outstanding communication and negotiation skills, be competent with programming, planning and time management.
A minimum of 3 years previous experience across a broad range of projects including new build, refurbishment and fitout on projects up to $15m is desired.
