Hospital in Wahroonga that has a development value of $180m. We have an opportunity for a motivated professional who understands the value of client care to join our strong delivery team as a Site Manager and become part of our successful team long term.
Major responsibilities include: - Overall responsibility to deliver the construction of all stages of this project.
- Overseeing and managing the various delivery teams on each portion of the project and the day-to-day construction activities of all the stages of this large project.
- Overall management and integration of site activities and materials handling, including long term and short term planning and programming and subcontractor management.
- A high attention to detail and time management is vital for this role, as you will be responsible for the integration of multiple sections planning and communication and the accuracy and quality of all works.
You will be capable of:
- Strong HS&E management, continual physical control, leadership and exceptional communication.
- Effective management and co-ordination of multiple project supervisors/foreman, subcontractors, plant, equipment and labour across the entire site and across multiple parts of the overall project.
To be considered for position you will possess a building related qualification, outstanding communication, time management and negotiation skills. In addition you must be highly competent with construction programmes and plans.
You will have a minimum of 10 years experience in a similar role, across a broad range of construction projects of at least $40 - $80m in value.
