We are currently seeking a qualified Contracts Manager to support our project team in the management of designated projects from handover to finalisation and review, for projects ranging from $200k up to $1m. The role requires effective and continual input to contract and project management and administration, and the ability to identify and minimise our exposure to contractual and financial risk.

Major responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Prepare and check subcontract packages, scopes & lettings, procurement schedules and assist with head contract, progress claims, delay claims external variations
• Review, negotiate, administer and finalise subcontracts.
• Manage and track project expenditure, check and process all subcontractor claims and creditor invoices
• Check and obtain monthly all relevant insurances
• Prepare and administer the project OHS system – safety is our number one priority!
• Prepare payment schedules in accordance with the Security of Payments Act.
• Administer RFIs to clients, architects and consultants
• Document control of all drawings

To be considered for this position you will ideally have a building related qualification with a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role, you will possess outstanding communication and negotiation skills and be competent with programming, planning and time management.
