Group Quality Policy and Objectives


Our objectives are to provide our clients with construction services and solutions that:
> at a minimum, achieve industry standards for quality and efficiency
> strive to surpass industry standards at every opportunity

We meet these objectives by focusing on our values and our systems. Our values are:

Through meticulous planning and methodical implementation we will safely generate high quality results

Constantly looking for innovative and imaginative solutions to problems and integrating them into our day-to-day management systems and processes

Working together for the mutual benefit of ourselves and our clients

Maintaining our strong reputation by practicing the highest ethical standards and acting with integrity and honesty.

Maintaining our enthusiasm, enjoyment and dedication to carrying out worthwhile projects to high standards.

Building our capabilities and leadership skills through education, knowledge sharing, and building on past experience, to achieve continuous improvement.

As regards systems, it is our policy to deploy and develop quality management systems that are:

> integrated with overall management systems, in particular those aimed at health and safety, environmental control, compliance
management, and risk management.

> comply with the requirements of the International Standard ISO9001:2000 ‘Quality management systems – requirements’ and are certified as compliant by an accredited body

> focus on the effectiveness of processes, which we aim to systematically and continuously improve
