At the start of a project, we work hard to assemble the right team for the right job. We match the skills, experience and personalities. We apply this philosophy when inducting new employees who can also expect the following:

  3. Support from the top: Many people play a role in our new starter induction process which starts from the top as each person is invited to join Buildcorp’s Managing Director Tony Sukkar for a presentation on the history, culture and values of the business.
  4. Support from your peers: To provide an accessible point of call in the first six months, Buildcorp operates a Buddy program that connects each new starter with a longer standing team member who will help them understand the culture and better connect with opportunities, people and systems.
  1. Training & development: As part of the induction process, each new starter will undergo a training needs assessment to establish their skills and identify where training support is needed to boost their development. A range of tools, programs and learning opportunities are also provided to help people stay focused on their ongoing career development and we encourage internal career progression and promotion. 
  2. Opportunities to start your career: Buildcorp’s cadet training program has been developed not only to assist in attracting candidates of a high calibre and great cultural fit, but also as an investment in the long-term future of the organisation. Read more
