This project involved the design and construction by Buildcorp of two 5 storey commercial ABGR 4.5 star buildings, each consisting of 5 typical floors of A Grade office space and ground floor retail with a total Nett Lettable Area of over 18,000m2.
Building 6 comprises 11,500m2 NLA over ground floor retail and a child care facility for 65 children including 4 levels of basement car parking for 244 cars.
Building 7 comprises 6,300m2 NLA over ground floor retail including 2 levels of basement car parking for 80 cars.
To the front of the site Buildcorp also designed and constructed a 140 seat Café as part of the total project.
Works commenced in October 2006 with excavation in over 50,000m3 of rock and works were completed and handed over on time in mid March 2008.
