  • The York St building comprises of one level of basement, ground floor foyer with adjoining commercial space and 16 levels of commercial office space. The structure itself is 55m tall which makes it the tallest structure built by Buildcorp other than Citadel Towers. The substructure to the basement has been purpose built to accommodate a possible future rail tunnel, which would link the city with the east, the roof of the future tunnel would be the underside of the basement slab. It has taken 22 weeks to complete the 17 level structures and this also accounts for the extra ordinary wet weather, which we have encountered (4 weeks). .
