This is the biggest facility for the national hardware chain in NSW and the first major project at Bankstown Airport since its privatisation. Buildcorp were engaged as the construction manager to assist the client with an early works contract and to work as part of a team to deliver the Bulky Goods Retails outlet.
The facility consists of a 10,000m2 main retail area including an internal trade counter, cafe and child care facility. Externally the project consists of a nursery, timber yard and parking for over 400 cars. Once the external trade area is complete this will be the biggest Bunnings in the country.
