An 8 story commercial office block built in the heart of Parramatta, this project required Buildcorp to Design, document, cost control, project manage, and build a facility for a client requiring completion in minimum time.
The establishment of a team environment that included the client, all consultants, the construction team and regulative authorities overcome the challenges and subsequent risks for such a project.
