The SALMAT facility was purpose built to meet the requirements of the tenant. It comprises a mixture of quality office space, specialised production areas and extensive warehousing space.
The building consists of approximately 4,000m2 of office Fitout, 4,000m2 of production areas and 7,000m2 of warehouse space. Approximately 2,000m2 of car parking surrounded by landscaped gardens were constructed to cater for staff.
The project was undertaken on a design and construct basis, the design team working closely with the end user to create a modern production facility complete with specialised air-conditioning, electrical and data services to service the tenants present and future needs.
