Buildcorp was engaged as the Construction manager and Builder for the upgrade to this existing private health precinct. The role included the construction of a multi-purpose community centre, the systematic upgrade of 12 floors of private wards, the delivery of a new 5 story medical centre and the provision of 150 new car spaces. Normal hospital operations could not be interrupted throughout construction.
All upgrade works to the existing buildings were completed in and around a working hospital. Services were critical to the delivery of the project, as they need to be maintained at all times to ensure patient safety. Noise and dust control very important to the client and patients also.
