  • The project is best described as a commercial development comprising of 30 Industrial units and associated car parking, infrastructure and internal access roads.
     
    The architect has designed the units to be modern and well lit and has incorporated quality finishes in the design. The layout has been designed so as to incorporate the units into five separate larger blocks in order to give the development an uncluttered feel. Four of these blocks are constructed on a suspended slab, with five undercover units and approximately 80 undercover car spaces below.
     
    Construction of the units consisted of tilt up concrete panels, structural steel roof structures and in situ concrete mezzanine office floors. The units range in size from 150sqm to 380sqm in order to allow a wider scope of clientele to purchase or rent properties within the development. The overall footprint of the project totals over 8600 square metres over two levels.
