During the construction of our project at 6 & 7 Eden Park Drive, Buildcorp tendered and won the contract to Construction Manage the office fitout for DuPont Australia, which comprised two floors of building 7.
Working closely with DuPont, their project managers CBRE and the design team, Buildcorp were able to integrate the specific DuPont requirements into the proposed general base building design in a project that was delivered on program and significantly under their CM budget.
The fitout works meet all the clients requirements functionally and aesthetically, incorporating a wide range of DuPont products and technologies through the works.
By integrating the Fitout works into our base building contract, it allowed DuPont to occupy and function within their new offices with 7 days of the Practical Completion of the main building contract.
