The project consisted of a seven floor fit-out managed under a construction management contract.
The design conforms to five star green star requirements.
This office fit-out is unique due to the ‘activity based working’ space layout. The floor plates contain many different furniture systems and custom designed furniture. In addition to the different furniture place settings each floor contains a themed ‘park area’ that included installation of highly detailed joinery. Some of the themes incorporated were ‘the club’, ‘the library’ and ‘the tree-house’. The project was built to a fixed deadline, with no programme changes when the scope was increased, as there was no flexibility on the client’s scheduled move in date.
