  • Access was the constant challenge in the construction of this one of a kind centre that brings together patients, support groups, front line carers and scientists. Bounded on three sides by existing buildings the only site access was a narrow street, under low voltage power cables with a steady flow of vehicles. The finished result of this concrete and steel structure fit-out with clinical spaces and PC2 laboratories is testament to our team’s problem solving abilities.

The scope of works includes the construction of a four story building made up of a combination of concrete and structural steel structure, exposed block lift & stair cores; interior stair; retention and connection to heritage façade; interior fit-out of clinical spaces; fit-out of PC2 laboratory spaces; ground floor car park; services and landscaping.
