Contracts Administrator


Your Next Opportunity:
Reporting to the ProjectManager, your role requires effective subcontract administration, anunderstanding of exceptional client service and the ability to identify andminimise our exposure to contractual and financial risk.

Your role will beresponsible for:

  • Producing,preparing and reviewing subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings and procurementschedules
  • Managing andtracking project expenditure
  • Preparing andadministering the projects HSE system
  • AdministeringRFI’s to clients, architects and consultants
  • Progressingclaims, variations and invoices
  • Providingextraordinary client service

About You:

To succeed inthis role you will have the following:

  • A tertiaryqualification in Construction Management/ Engineering or a related discipline
  • Proven knowledgeof the construction process and solid experience in a similar role (5 years +)
  • Exposure tosizeable, high-end fitout, refurbishment and/or commercial new build projects
  • Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills that allow you to build effectiverelationships
  • Excellent timemanagement skills and strong attention to detail
  • Intermediate toadvanced knowledge of Jobpac is advantageous
  • A strongaffinity with ensuring safety onsite
